5. Exchanges
● Exchanges are processed once the original item is received, inspected, and passes the eligibility criteria (Section 1).
● Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested new size or color. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead
● thuni.co will cover the cost of shipping the new exchange item back to you.
6. Refund Process and Timeframe
● Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the return conditions.
● Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
● Refund Time: Please allow [5-10] business days for the refund to be processed after the return is approved. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your bank or credit card statement is subject to your financial institution's policies.
● Store Credit: In some cases, such as an exchange where the desired item is unavailable, we may offer a store credit as an alternative to a monetary refund, at the customer's choice.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at thuni.company@gmail.com.
We will require your order number and clear photos of the defect or damage. We will arrange for the item to be returned at our expense and will offer you a full refund or a replacement (if available).
Order Cancellation

● If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.
● If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process (Section 3) once the item is delivered.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:

2. Provide Details: Include your Order Number and clearly state the item(s) you wish to return and the reason (e.g., size too big, change of mind, defective). For exchanges, specify the new size or color you require.
3. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number.
4. Ship Item: Securely package the item(s), clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the designated return address.
